Weekly Focus #9

Congratulations to Lauren Hamilton! You won the $15 Giftcard to Babies R Us.

Last Week's Goal: Over the weekend, I forgot to bring home the novels my students are reading and so I'm a little behind in lesson planning. I want to get caught up and a little ahead.
I was able to get all the work done for this week before Sunday! I also was able to write up subplans for Thursday and Friday when I will be gone at a wedding!

This Week's Goal: I watch a lot of shows, especially on Hulu. I get my work done, but I could be spending my time better. So, this week, I don't want to watch Hulu or TV until Saturday! Wish me luck!

What Weekly Focus Is
I decided to call it Weekly Focus because it could be a wish, a goal, a mentality, a plan, anything really that you want to focus on for the week. It is the driving force of that week and you only need one.

How to Participate
Each week on Monday, write a post about your weekly focus. Include the Weekly Focus button at the bottom of this page. Review how last week's focus went. Join my link-up and visit others, leaving encouraging comments.

I feel that by focusing on only one thing, it doesn't consume your life, but you are still continually working toward improving yourself. I simply love the idea of personal "Happiness Plans," and I want to help those who would love to do their own, but are still very busy in life. This shows that we can still take control of our lives and make it what we want while still being busy bees. So, I hope you join and have fun!

  1. I totally understand being addicted to Hulu! I have been obsessed with "The Biggest Loser" lately. I watched marathons of a bunch of the seasons last week during spring break. I need to limit myself, too. :)

  3. I bet you will be more productive without any tv shows for a week!! TV shows can be so fun, but they're also a pretty big time suck, that's for sure.
