Nerf Gun Attack!

So, as a Mormon, every Monday night, I get together with a group of Mormon friends, and we have Family Home Evening. This is a time for families (or students "families") to get together, have a spiritual lesson, and just have fun.

Since it is the last week of school, instead of the usual about 15, there were only 5 boys and me. After the spiritual thought came the activity--nerf gun wars!

I love nerf guns! My dad got a nerf gun for Christmas a couple years ago and it is so fun to play with it. The best part was, not only were there nerf guns, but there were sniper guns and big huge guns with magazines, etc. Also, one of the guys in my FHE group is in the Army ROTC, so before we went on a mission, he taught us how to properly go down the hall of our apartment complex and clear a room. So, we snuck down the hall, making sure it was clear, then knocked on doors. Once the group that was having FHE inside yelled for us to come in, we stormed the room, attacking everyone sitting down.

We did this a couple times to different apartments having a calm FHE. The boys looked jealous, the girls looked down on us. (I am a girl, and I was with all these guys shooting people--best time of my life!)

I have to say, this was probably the funnest FHE I have had in a long time! I was able to goof off with my guy friends and show off my skills at shooting.

Can't wait to do it again~!
