Last week, and the beginning of this week, was quite chaotic.

It had its ups and its downs. Thankfully, the ups were good enough to make the week worth it.
Downs
- 3rd period getting chaotic, too much for me to manage and I had to email the parents.
- Got a few mad emails back.
- During my 4 day Fall Break, spent 1 day grading, 1 day preparing lesson plans, 1 day working concessions for BYU game, 1 day with a headache
- Went running, but tripped over raised sidewalk and my iPod's screen broke
- Didn't take enough pictures over the weekend
- Group project in 3rd period was full of inappropriate material. Talked to principal and did what he said to do--email parents and give 0's. Got angry emails back.
- Can't remember recipe or how I made this brown-sugar, teriyaki, barbecue crock-pot chicken meal thing.
Ups
- Taco Bar using our new serving platters.
- Found this Basil and Garden Tomato potato chips. It's a HEART!
- Justin took me to Jump On It for a date on Friday and then Red Robin for dinner.
- Watched a LOT of Doctor Who over the weekend.
- All classes behaved wonderfully on Monday!
- Two girls in my 4th period asked me to sit another girl (who was being brutally teased) next to them. They didn't really know her, but they wanted to be nice to her. Melted my heart! =)
- I thought I looked very cute today!
Blue cap shirt--BYU Bookstore, Pink button-up shirt--Old Navy, Skinny Jeans--Wet seal. (Also wearing my Springville Junior High name tag)
Earrings from Rue 21, Bracelet from BYU Bookstore
Shoes from Payless
Moral of the story: small things can help bad days.

Such a cute outfit! I'm glad your kids were better. Unfortunately, teaching is full of ups and downs. Fortunately, teaching is full of ups and downs. :)
