Let's Try Cooking #5

I am home with family for Christmas, but I am still cooking. There were left over cut up veggies from a Christmas party, and I wanted veggies. As did my brother! And he loved them! YAAAY!


Ginger Veggies
Ginger Veggies (I am currently eating them with some left over Zi-Di)

Ingredients (cooks for 2)
~ 2 full length carrots sliced up
~ 10 cherry tomatoes
~ 1/3 onion
~ 1/2 green pepper
~ 2 tbsp terryaki sauce
~ 1/2 tsp of ginger
~ sprinkle of parmesan


Steps
  1. Sautee onions for about 2 min.
  2. Throw the rest of the veggies in to sautee until they begin to brown.
  3. Turn the tempature down and pour in the terryaki sauce and ginger and parmesan.
  4. Serve as a side.
My brother loved the smell and the taste, so enjoy!
