A Field of Dreams

This is my yard. It hasn't been mowed since Thanksgiving.

Partially because of the snow that has been here until the end of April and partially because our lawnmower won't turn on.

A couple weeks ago it was dandelion infested. Now it is a field of dreams waiting to be had!

I'm making a wish! Guess what for!

I was so excited about this! (even though I wanted to mow it!)

I layed down and turned on my back, grabbing a dandelion. All of a sudden, the short scene of Belle from Beauty and the Beast came to mind. You know the one!

Gaston just unsuccessfully proposed to Belle. She's upset, so she goes to the dandelion covered hill by her home and sings:

"Madame Gaston!"

His "little wife", ugh!

No sir! Not me! I guarantee it!

I want much more than this provincial life!

I want adventure in the great wide somewhere

I want it more than I can tell

And for once it might be grand

To have someone understand

I want so much more than they've got planned."

I personally wouldn't mind marriage as part of my grand adventure, but other than that, I feel the same way.
